Cherry Vanilla Smoothie Bowl

A deep red bowl that tastes like cherry ice cream.

Cherry Vanilla Smoothie Bowl

Dark sweet cherries blend into a rich, jammy base with a flavor close to cherry ice cream. Vanilla protein and a frozen banana make it creamy. Cacao nibs on top echo cherry-chocolate.

  • 1 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
  • ½ medium frozen banana
  • ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Method

  1. Add the almond milk, protein powder, cherries, and banana to the blender.
  2. Blend, scraping the sides, until thick and smooth.
  3. Scoop into a bowl.
  4. Top with cacao nibs, almonds, and coconut.
