Blended frozen banana turns into a texture close to soft serve. Very little liquid is needed, so the result is thick enough for a spoon. Eat it right away, as it melts quickly.

- 2 medium frozen bananas
- ¼ cup 2% milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Estimated from standard nutrition data for each ingredient, assuming about 24 g of protein per scoop of whey or casein and 22 g for plant powders. Brands vary, so check your label. Contains: milk.
Tips
- Add the milk a tablespoon at a time. Too much turns it into a normal shake.
- A food processor handles this better than most blenders.
Swaps and variations
- Use chocolate protein and a spoonful of cocoa.
- Stir in chopped nuts or chocolate chips at the end.
