Soy milk has more protein than most plant milks, which helps a vegan shake add up. Blueberries and cinnamon make it taste like a blueberry oatmeal. Blend the oats well for a smooth finish.

Makes 1 serving.
- 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder (pea/rice blend, about 32 g)
- 1 ¼ cups unsweetened soy milk
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Method
- Add the soy milk and oats to the blender and let them soak for three minutes.
- Add the protein powder, blueberries, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Blend for a full minute, until smooth.
- Add water if it is too thick.
