Frozen zucchini makes smoothies thick and creamy in the same way a banana does, but with a fraction of the sugar and none of the banana flavor. Slice it and freeze it in coins, or buy frozen. Blueberries cover any trace of vegetable.

- Freeze zucchini in coins on a tray first so they do not clump.
Swaps and variations
- Use strawberries instead of blueberries.
- Add half a banana for more sweetness.
