This works like the blueberry version, but strawberries make the shake sweeter and softer. Frozen strawberries keep it cold. The cream cheese is what gives the cheesecake flavor, so do not leave it out.
Ingredients
Makes 1 serving.
- 1 scoop strawberry whey protein powder (about 30 g)
- ¾ cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese
- ¾ cup 2% milk
- 1 graham cracker sheet, crushed
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Add the milk and cream cheese to the blender and blend for 20 seconds, until the cream cheese is smooth.
- Add the protein powder, strawberries, vanilla, lemon juice, and half of the graham cracker.
- Blend until thick and smooth, about 45 seconds.
- Crumble the rest of the graham cracker on top.

Swaps and variations
- Use vanilla protein if you do not have strawberry.
- Use a gingersnap in place of the graham cracker.
