Coconut water gives this shake a light, clear body that milk does not. With lime and strawberries it drinks more like a smoothie-cooler than a milkshake, which suits a warm afternoon.
Ingredients
Makes 1 serving.
- 1 scoop strawberry whey protein powder (about 30 g)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- ¾ cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 3 drops liquid stevia
