Tart green apple does much of the work here. It adds sweetness, acidity, and fiber, and it blends into a thick smoothie. Ginger and lemon give it a clean finish.

- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (about 30 g)
- 1 medium apple
- 1 ½ cups fresh baby spinach
- ½ tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
- Core and chop the apple. Leave the skin on for fiber.
- Add the water, spinach, and apple to the blender and blend for 30 seconds.
